Piece for Solo piano performed by Maribell Kassianidou. My composition is a contemporary piece offering a message of love. I believe that the sweet melody delineates a sense of sensibility and joy. The beautiful melody of the Abba Song "I have a dream" was the inspiration for my own musical offering.

Piece written for oboe, two cellos, two violins and marimba. My composition is inspired by inspired by folk sounds mainly of Eastern culture origins at the same time with a harmonic coherence found in western compositional style. I would like to offer the listener a taste of different sounds and different times.

Semjen Yakimov (piano). I wrote this piece on a very strange and nervous day. It is in ternary form (A B A). The A and B sections are very contrasting: the A section has its main mood of anxiety and chaos, but the B section is peaceful and contains hope and faith.

It has to be about different parts of life, and the purpose of our lives is time. I know almost nothing about age, but this is my idea of it.

Dominik Timár - viola, Ondřej Tuček - piano The composition consists of 3 sentences. The song is about my feelings last time. Together the song lasts 5.5 minutes, but due to the time limit, I had to shorten the song, so I excluded the 3rd movement.

My piece is called "Marss Papale" which means "March to Papa". It is dedicated to my grandfather whose life meaning was music. He played many instruments in his life, taught all of his children to also play instruments and wrote music himself. In the video I, Mariann Matteus, play trombone, my sister, Kersti Perandi, plays flute and my aunt, Sigrid Vaher, plays tuba.

The composition is called "Tuuleiilide valss" which means "Valtz of the wind gusts" in English. It is performed by the composer herself (Pauliina Kütson) on flute and the piano player is Kasper Joel Nõgene. The composition symbolizes the constantly changing weather in Estonia. The wind gusts can be very harsh, cold and strong but then suddenly they can change and be warm, friendly and light and that is reflected in the piece.

The title of the composition in Estonian is 'Ajatee' which in English means 'Timeroad'. This song is composed by Emilie Ruus- a participant from the Olympiad. In the song there are many instruments. The composer Emilie is playing two of them: a triangle (which starts and ends the song) and a glockenspiel. The lead instruments in this song are violins - there's two of them. Violins are played by Susanna Saluste and Liisa Arakas in the video. Then there is an orchestra xylophone, played by Matilda Touart in the video. And there is also a piano. Unfortunately we couldn't fit the piano in the video, because of the sounding problems, but it recorded live with us the whole time. Piano is played by the participants' music teacher Margot Peterson, who also played piano in the vocal performance. This composition is an instrumental song and it carries a real deep meaning behind the instruments. This song tells the story of how time is an interesting object in our life. Sometimes, we find ourselves having too much of it, but more often we don't have it enough. Because this song is an instrumental piece, there are no words that convey the meaning of the song straightforwardly. In other words, everyone may think of a different story listening to the song and that was also the composer's intention: everyone should be allowed to come up with their own story. As the composer said, she knows about 4 different stories that could in her mind match with the melody. And the composer is hoping that the listeners will do the same.
